This notice describes the current website implementation. The legal operator name, address and any processor details must be confirmed before publication.

Who operates EnquiryFit

EnquiryFit is presented as a service operated by KSJ Growth. Enquiries about privacy can be sent to hello@enquiryfit.com.

Information collected through the sales form

When a trade business asks about EnquiryFit, the form collects the contact name, business name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, optional website, primary trade, priority service, main service area, current enquiry sources, main enquiry problem, preferred contact method and any optional notes.

Why this information is used

The information is used to review the business, its priority service and current enquiry journey, then respond to the request. The form does not subscribe someone to marketing communications and it does not take payment.

How the form is delivered

The website validates the submission and sends it to the configured EnquiryFit recipient using the WordPress mail system. The theme does not save sales enquiries to the WordPress database. Email and hosting providers may process or retain delivery records under their own arrangements; the final provider details and retention position must be added when hosting and mail delivery are confirmed.

For spam protection and rate limiting, the website temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s IP address for up to one hour. The original IP address is not included in the sales email by this theme.

Interactive demonstration

The public demonstration runs in the visitor’s browser. Form answers are used only to create the on-screen result and are not sent to EnquiryFit. Selected photographs stay on the device, are previewed through temporary browser object URLs and are cleared when the page is reset, closed or left.

KAI website assistant

If a visitor chooses to use KAI, the text they deliberately submit is sent through this website to OpenAI to generate a reply. KAI cannot access an app, account, rota, sales-form submission, mailbox or customer record, and it cannot send an enquiry. Visitors should not include passwords, payment details, confidential business information or other sensitive personal information.

WordPress does not save the conversation transcript. A signed, limited conversation context is returned to and held by the visitor’s browser while the chat is in use so KAI can follow the conversation. The website keeps only temporary security and rate-limit metadata and aggregate, non-content health counters; question and reply text is not included in those records. KAI does not add analytics or advertising tracking.

OpenAI processes the submitted text to provide the reply. OpenAI’s own terms and retention arrangements apply to that processing; this notice does not claim that the provider deletes submitted text immediately or within a particular period.

Cookies and analytics

No non-essential analytics is active in the supplied theme. The theme does not set a public analytics cookie or display a consent banner. If analytics is enabled later, this notice and the cookie information must be updated and consent must be collected before non-essential measurement starts.

Who may receive information

The configured recipient, website host and email-delivery provider may process form information where needed to operate the site and deliver the request. No provider names have been invented in this draft; they must be added after the production setup is confirmed.

Retention

The theme itself does not keep a database copy of the sales enquiry. Email retention is controlled by the confirmed mailbox and delivery providers. A retention period and deletion procedure must be approved before publication.

Your information rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. To ask about information submitted to EnquiryFit, email hello@enquiryfit.com. Identity may need to be checked before acting on a request.

Changes to this notice

This notice should be reviewed whenever the form delivery, hosting, analytics, storage or business operator changes. The updated date above will show when the public notice was last revised.
