These are launch-stage draft terms, not a substitute for legal advice. The operator’s full legal identity, address, payment, cancellation, refund, intellectual-property, liability and governing-law wording must be confirmed before customers are asked to agree to them.

About EnquiryFit

EnquiryFit creates focused quotation and enquiry pages for trade and home-improvement businesses. The service is designed to collect clearer project information from people who already discover or contact the trade business.

What the service does not provide

EnquiryFit is not a directory or shared-lead marketplace. It does not promise traffic, sales, guaranteed enquiries or guaranteed project outcomes. A fit label organises information using configurable rules; it does not automatically reject a customer, verify every answer or replace the trade business’s judgement.

Starter build

The founding-client Starter offer displayed on this website is £249 in total: £125 to begin and £124 when the agreed page is completed. It is limited to the first 5 completed client builds. The exact scope, delivery route and any exclusions should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

The displayed scope includes one focused enquiry page around one priority service, custom questions, customer photograph selection, client branding, mobile-friendly design, a structured enquiry notification, customer confirmation, basic fit classification, launch support and fourteen days of minor amendments.

Client materials and responsibilities

The client is expected to supply accurate business information, branding, service details, service areas, enquiry questions and any photographs or wording required for the page. The client should have permission to provide and publish supplied materials. Build timing depends on receiving the agreed materials and feedback.

Build timing and approval

The target is to complete a page within five working days after all required materials have been supplied. This is a target rather than a guaranteed deadline. The completion and approval process, including what counts as a minor amendment, should be confirmed in the project proposal.

Optional managed service

An optional managed service is advertised from £29 per month. It may include hosting, technical maintenance, form monitoring, minor content or question changes, secure enquiry delivery and basic enquiry records. It is not compulsory and requires its own confirmed scope and service conditions.

Third-party services and domains

A client page may depend on the client’s website, hosting, domain, DNS, email or advertising services. Changes to a client-owned domain or subdomain require the appropriate access and approval. Availability or performance of third-party services cannot be stated here without their confirmed terms.

Enquiry content

Customers are responsible for the information they submit. Trade businesses remain responsible for deciding whether to respond, visit, quote or accept work, and for their own quotations, contracts, work, compliance and customer communication.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

The launch website does not provide online checkout. Payment method, due dates, cancellation rights, refund position and any consumer-law information must be confirmed in a written proposal or approved final terms before payment is requested. Nothing in final terms should remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
